2024 - 2025 Sponsorship Program

Our Sponsorship Program runs from January 1 to December 31 each year. As a registered nonprofit, we rely fully on donations, but we understand that times are tough and as the old saying goes "money doesn't grow on trees!" We know that you need something in return for your sponsorship contribution. Below are the tiers and what you will be entitled to receive in return.  

Each sponsorship tier receives:

  • Business promoted on the NC Gold Foundation’s website

  • Business listed as a sponsor on each event program

  • Business listed as a "Proud Sponsor for the NC Gold Foundation" posted at The Lucky Strike for all visitors to see

  • Thank You Certificate you can hang at your business

  • Private Sponsor Group Tour with the NC Gold Foundation Board and Doug McCormick of the NC Gold Foundation grounds

Tier I : Gold Nugget - $1,000 Contribution

  • Business name, logo, and slogan on full page ad in the NC Gold Heritage Journal for 1 issue (all information due at least 1 1/2 months prior to the Issue release date)

  • Business name (or “In honor/memory of”) on a plaque placed on the NC Gold Foundation’s grounds

  • Business name on the back of the event t-shirts (all information due by April 1, 2025)

  • Business name on the shared banner posted at events (all information due by April 1, 2025)

  • Business promoted during event live breaks at minimum 10 mentions

  • Booth space at the festival _2_ 12x12 booth(s)

  • Business promoted on social media for 4 months

  • Swag T-shirt (1)

  • Swag Cinch Bag (1)

Tier II : Gold Picker - $500 Contribution

  • Business name, logo, and slogan on half page ad in the NC Gold Heritage Journal for 1 issue (all information due at least 1 1/2 months prior to the Issue release date)

  • Business name (or “In honor/memory of”) on a plaque placed on the NC Gold Foundation’s grounds

  • Business name on level 6 on the back of the event t-shirts (all information due by April 1, 2025)

  • Business name on the shared banner posted at events (all information due by April 1, 2025)

  • Business promoted during event live breaks at minimum 5 mentions

  • Booth space at the festival _1_ 12x12 booth

  • Business promoted on social media for 3 months

  • Swag T-shirt (1)

  • Swag Cinch Bag (1)

Tier III : Gold Flakes - $250 Contribution

  • Business name, logo, and slogan on quarter page ad in the NC Gold Heritage Journal for 1 issue (all information due at least 1 1/2 months prior to the Issue release date)

  • Business name on the back of the event t-shirts (all information due by April 1, 2025)

  • Business name on the shared banner posted at events (all information due by April 1, 2025)

  • Business promoted during event live breaks at minimum 3 mentions

  • Booth space at the festival _1_ 12x12 booth

  • Business promoted on social media for 2 months

  • Swag T-shirt (1)

  • Swag Cinch Bag (1)

Tier IV : Gold Dust - $100 Contribution

  • Business name and slogan on 1/8 page ad in the NC Gold Heritage Journal for 1 issue (all information due at least 1 1/2 months prior to the Issue release date)

  • Business promoted on social media for 1 month

  • Business promoted during event live breaks at minimum 2 mentions

We will accept help in all forms. If you have the money, we'll take any financial donation. If you have the time, we'll take the physical assistance. If you have any sort of skill that would be useful to making the Foundation's grounds property what it could be, please reach out to us by call, text, or email. It takes a community to achieve most goals!
